No cookies, no trackers
This site sets no cookies on your device and uses no analytics, ad pixels or any other tracking tools. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Even the fonts are served from our own hosting, not from third-party services, so your visit is not reported to anyone.
What happens when you contact us
The buttons on this site take you to WhatsApp, the phone, email or Instagram. The site form only prepares the message text on your device; nothing is stored on our server.
When you write to us, we receive what you send us yourself: your name, number and the content of the message. We use it only to reply, to arrange the survey and to prepare the quote, and we keep it only as long as the conversation or the order lasts.
WhatsApp, Instagram and your email provider process messages under their own privacy terms, as with any other use of those apps.
Hosting
The site is served by a hosting provider which, like any server, keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and delivery. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Your rights
Under Albanian data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you have sent us. One email or message is enough and we delete your conversations with us.
Trademarks and photographs
The work photographs on this site are our own installations and belong to Fieri Print. The business names and logos visible in them (SPAR, Comodita Home, KELA and others) belong to their respective owners and appear only as work delivered for them.
If you are one of these clients and want your photo removed, write to us and we will remove it.
